Mr. TEM SAROM, the Managing Director and Co-founder of CLMV Consulting Group Co.,Ltd, and Buyder shop in Lao(PDR). He has more than 10 years of experience under his belt in Business as SMEs,Supply Chain and Logistics Management and Business Development. A Cambodian,Laos and Thailand, he has decided to share his expertise with the Laos and Cambodian community in 2003 and has been a prominent figure helping both the private and the public sectors in meeting the terms of good governance and efficiency, in increasing their competitiveness in national and international trade, and in developing corporate human resource strategy. His work experience shows expanse of his knowledge and expertise; he worked as Team leader of data collection for strategic information Department at M&E Association (Cambodia)(2001-2003), as Researcher and learned about culture, nature, life style and Language of ethic group in south east, middle and Northern of Lao (PDR) (2005-2008), Marketing Executive and translator Khmer, Laos, Thai, English At LMV Trading Co., Ltd (Lao PDR)(2008-2009),Conducted reaching on topic disbursement strategy Management at ACLEDA BANK LAO.
